TASTE LAUNCHES MIXED CASE WINE CLUB & NEW WEBSITE

SAN LUIS OBISPO - Taste, the unique wine tasting bar and wine shop in downtown San Luis Obispo, celebrates its one year anniversary with two new offerings for its customers, here and away. This cooperative business owned by, and exclusively featuring, the wines of the San Luis Obispo Vintners Association has recently launched a mixed case wine club, shipping select vintages from various SLO-area wineries quarterly to its members.

Taste has also launched a new website, www.taste-slo.com, where club members and non-members may purchase wine, join the wine club, learn about area wine events and read profiles of the member wineries. Winestein Wine Club Management Services built the new website and will also fully administer the wine club for Taste. This will allow the small, non-profit organization to focus on events and promotions of the Association while wine bar staff focus on in-house customer service.

Becky Gray, Executive Director of the SLO Vintners Association remarked, "The wine club and the new website mirror exactly what Taste is all about: just a introduction to these incredible San Luis Obispo County wines. Each shipment with be rich with variety, and the website will allow one to easily purchase more of what one likes, at a fantastic discount, right over the web."

Taste is one of only two wine bars in California to offer the high-tech Enomatic pouring machine, serving up to 72 different wines everyday. Wine can also be purchased for enjoyment on their patio, with dinner at a nearby restaurant, or to take home. Taste is open every day at the corner of Osos and Monterey in the Court Street Center.
